Climate Change (for Elementary-Age)

Climate change is a big topic, but here are some resources to engage Elementary-aged youth in conversations about climate change and how to get involved!

The animated video "Climate Change (According to a Kid)" introduces the concept of global climate change - what causes it and how we can take steps as a global community to live differently.

No matter your age, you can make a difference and be the change you want to see! In the Climate Weirding video below, listen to some cool stories about students who have taken action to protect our planet. You'll get some great advice from scientist Katharine Hayhoe.

Below are worksheets that explain Global Warming with readings, a word search, and a scavenger hunt from Woo!Jr. They are a great supplement to science class or just for fun!
