While the weather is getting chillier in NYC, cozy up and take a trip back to summer when Arielle Hartman led a workshop on how to grow wine cap mushrooms in a raised bed! It's never too early to start planning for next spring's planting. Or, perhaps you are too impatient to wait and you want to try growing mushrooms indoors! In the video below, Arielle explains the mushroom growing process from start to finish, and demonstrates inoculating a raised bed using wine cap sawdust spawn and woodchips.
