Food Justice: In The Community
This curriculum was designed to empower and enlighten people about Food Justice. Food Justice efforts are a rallying cry from the people directly affected by inequitable food policies and practices. Our team designed this curriculum with NYC high schoolers in mind, although it can be adapted for all ages and places.
It's the people on the ground who are creating better communities for themselves. They are organizing, campaigning, marching, participating, and influencing government policies, all while educating themselves and others.
