Here are a few updates from this week in the Teaching Garden!
Our apple tree (that began blossoming last week) is in full bloom! It looks beautiful.
We have finished prepping and irrigating all of our garden beds! Just in time for our transplants, to move into their new homes.
This week we transplanted...
Eggplant
Tomatoes - cherries and big tomatoes.
and peppers.
We also pulled out some scallions that we left in the ground all winter (luckily this winter was mild enough that they survived) and they were huge!
Lastly, our friends the Killdeer are back and their babies are cuter than ever.
